Gowganda - Midlothian and Raymond Projects
The Corporation with Geoinformatics staked 14 mineral claims in the Raymond Township and 14 claims in the Midlothian Township.
The Midlothian and the Raymond Properties are located along the eastern margin of the Superior structural province of the Canadian Shield within the Cobalt Embayment Area near Gowganda, well known for the silver-, cobalt-, copper- and minor nickel-bearing carbonate/quartz veins, producing about 600 million ounces of silver (about 18.7 million kg).

Gowganda Project #1 - The Midlothian Property
The Midlothian Project is located 33km north-west of Gowganda in the Township of Midlothian (Figure 1) and consists of a 2,782 hectare (27.8 sq. km.) claim block.
The Midlothian Project comprises east-to-northeast-striking felsic to intermediate volcanic and sedimentary rocks of Archean age. These rocks are isoclinally folded and intruded by stocks and sills of gabbro and serpentinized peridotite. A number of nickel sulphide occurrences are present within the property associated with serpentinized peridotite rocks. The Project is located 15km due east, along an interpreted geological trend, from the Sothman Nickel Deposit, with a known resource of approximately 210,000 tons of ore grading 1.29% nickel at the basal contact of a serpentinized peridotite body (OGS, 1S020).
Surface rock, till and soil sampling conducted by the Ontario Geological Survey ("OGS") (2P0983) has defined an east-northeast-trending zone over a strike length of at least 4 km. with widespread nickel anomalism (up to 0.3% nickel) associated with at least three tightly folded ultramafic horizons. OGS airborne magnetic geophysical data (3GDS1043) indicate that the Project is underlain by magnetic rocks interpreted to be serpentinized ultramafics. In addition, OGS airborne electromagnetic survey data (3GDS1043) indicate there are several zones.
Regional magnetic geophysical data indicate that the Midlothian is underlain by magnetic rocks interpreted to be serpentinized ultramafics. In addition, airborne electromagnetic surveys indicate there are several zones of increased conductivity indicating possible accumulation of sulphide minerals.
Gowganda Project #2 - The Raymond Project
The Raymond Project is located 24km north-west of Gowganda in the Township of Midlothian, and consists of a 3291 hectare (32.9 sq. km.) claim block.
