(TSXV: LME) (the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that an application has been approved by the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the term, and reduce the exercise price, of the 2,173,912 warrants issued by the Corporation on October 17, 2007 (the "Warrants"). The Warrants were scheduled to expire on October 17, 2009. However, the Corporation has extended the expiration date of the Warrants to October 17, 2010, and reduced the exercise price of the Warrants from $0.20 to $0.11.|
