About Us

LAURION Mineral Exploration Inc. is a mid-stage junior exploration and development company, focused primarily on its wholly owned 47km2 (11,607ac.) flagship ‘brownfield’ Ishkoday Gold and Polymetallic Project located 220km North-East of Thunder Bay, Ontario Canada.

LAURION’s Ishkoday Gold and Base Metal Project is expanding on the legacy of its high-grade past-producing Sturgeon River Gold Mine with its significant database of geophysics, soil geochem, channel sampling, and 419 diamond drill holes, totalling 78,663 metres of diamond drilling todate.

LAURION is focussed on validating the existence of near surface bulk mineralization in gold-silver and gold-zinc rich polymetallic component which extends over a 6 km strike within a 2.5 km corridor.

LAURION’s Ishkoday Gold and Base Metal Project is also moving forward with the monetization (revenue generation) of its high-grade past-producing Sturgeon River Gold Mine assets, and planning for the reprocessing of its surface ore-bearing stockpiles.

Through a strategic and sustainable monetization approach of successfully being able to identify under-valued and sometimes forgotten mining assets, LAURION Mineral Exploration Inc. is concurrently advancing its Ishkoday Gold and Polymetallic Project from the discovery stage to value creation for its stakeholders.
